Hi all.

We have a Vembu backup server running with the Vsphere client. The Vembu backup fails on two of our machines and when I try to run a manual snapshot with the quiescing option selected I keep getting the following error:

The guest OS has reported an error during quiescing. The error code was: 3 The error message was: Quiesce operation canceled

Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this? When looking on the forum all I could find was articles for error code 5 but nothing yet for error code 3.
