Standalone ESXi certificates

I have a single ESXi (without vCenter) and I want to get rid of the Not Secure message on the webclient.

Is there a procedure to make a single ESXi  certificate secure? I read a lot but all related to a setup with vCenter (which I not have).

Thanks

if you just want to remove the warning from your machine then you can download the ESXi root certificate and import in local machines trusted root.

Thanks brend26 for the answer to my question. Can you also tell me how to download the ESXi root certificate (vSPhere 6.7)?

Thanks in advance

Once you connect to the ESXi host in address bar you can see lock icon. Click on it and export the certificate.

Open MMC and import the certificate in trusted root.
