In our ESXi host 6.7.0, 13006603, our SUSE 12 VM's presents an spontaneous shutdowns on their guest.
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 (x86_64)

On VMware.log we can see the following at the time of shutdowns

I see some post that mention that an downgrade to 6.0 solved this issue (is not viable now)

Hi,
Please attempt to reinstall VMware tools and see if the issue is reproducible.
If yes then please Enable hostd verbose logging to see why VMware tools to is not responding.
