I have 2 different networks on my ESXi 6.7.0. There is no problem i have access two different ip address too. I have 4 nic cards on esxi host.
vmnic0 and vmnic3 same network(network1)
vmnic1 and vmnic2 same network(network2)
I can not select or add in VM settings to network adapter. Can anybody help me? Please look at the attachments.
You've added VMKernel Network Adapters and called them "port grup" when they aren't.
You still need to add port groups to the vSwitch, into which you can add your VMs.

When you "Add Networking..." to a vSwitch, yo get three options:
Option 2 is the one you will want.
Select which you want to add the port group to.
Give it a name and VLAN ID if required.
Thank you for responses.
There are many options on networking pane. Is there any information for all of it? For example what is there "VMkernel Nics" or "Port grups" or "Virtual switch"?
I can not find any document about it. There are old versions. I want to learn what is this and what is the mean.
..
When i delete a vmkernel nic i lost my connection to host(web).
VMKernel NICs are what connects the Hypervisor to the world outside the host. They support things like the Management Interface (VCSA connects to this), Fault Tolerance and vMotion.
Portgroups are what connect your VMs to the outside the host, and to each other inside the host.
vSwitches link port groups and VMkernel NICs to the hosts physical NICs.
