Speed on Hosts Management Adapter

I am completley new to installing/setting up VSphere and playing around with ESXi 5.5 I changed the adapter speed from Auto Negotiate to 1000Mpbs Full Duplex. Once I did that I lost connection to the host and don't have access to it remotley, only through DCUI. Any recommendations on how to set the adapter back to Auto Negotiate?

To give more info. This is a mini test lab setup on just a simple LAN. I have the host hooked up to a dumb hub which I wasn't thinking about when fooling around on it. Once the adapter changed, no more lights on the host or the hub.
