I have ESXI 5.5 and VMs with Windows 7 Guest operating systems.
When i`m connecting to VMs with VMplayer and trying to get an Audio it`s says that "Sound is not supported over remote connections."
Is there any way to Fix this issue?

Sound cards are not supported in ESXi and shouldn't be used to avoid instability issues.

While thoroughly unsupported, if this is a lab and you understand the risks involved (potential instability and under unforeseen issues) this can be achieved by editing the .vmx:
