I have to replace 40 old ucs servers with new servers and all servers are running 5.5 U3 with VC 6.0.
Kindly guide me for steps how to replace bunch servers with minimal impact.
Please share your experience or reference doc.
Basically this shouldn't be a problem.
You'd basically place a host (or more, depending on the available resources) into Maintenance mode, migrate/vMotion the VM's to the other hosts, and then replace those hosts. Once done proceed with the next host(s).

There are copule of configuration on all the hosts,
some nfs are mountd on all the hosts,
hosts are using Nexus 1K (dv sw)
hosts are using EMC Storage
can i copy all the things in hosts Profile.
