Hi. We are looking to try and use a PowerCLI script to automate the update of vCenter using a mounted ISO. What I need to do though is take a powered off snapshot of the vCenter appliance.
The setup is 4 vCenters in enhanced linked mode and on v 6.7 xx build.
When you create a task, where does it get stored? My concern is, if the vCenter is itself keeping track of the scheduled tasks, then what happens if I shut it down.
