Safe to Delete local host datastore?

Hello vMware Experts.

I have Vsphere 6.5 running and having issues with HA resource warnings.  could the problem be attributed from local host datastores are mounted on vsphere in addition to the SAN Datastores that i have?  Is it safe to delete the local datastore?

I don't think that it's related to a datastore.

What are the problems that you see? Any warnings?

insufficient resources to satisfy vsphere HA and insufficient capacity in cluster to satisfy resource configuration

Those warnings/errors are not related to the presence of a local datastore. Its removal will not alleviate those conditions.
