Can you ping the vMotion vmkernels on the other VMware hosts?
Use vmkping -I vmkX x.x.x.x (vmkX is the vmkernel) to test
How many disks and size this VM have. Please upload hostd.log file to check it further.
check the networks and in the case you VMs has many disk check this link:
