Run Powershell script on Alert

HI All,

All my VM's have "Owner" attribute which is Email address, i would like to run a automatic PS code that once HA is took place.

I got an idea that identify a VCENTER HA alert once it happens run PS script that inform those users that their VM reboot due an issue.

I tried to check the alert and found this "vSphere HA virtual machine monitoring action" '

And found this option "Run Scripts":

How can i add here my PS file?
