RP4VM questions

We decided to try RP4VM as part of a hardware rollout and to help with our DR plan. One downfall I am seeing is that the failover does not seem to be automatic. Has anyone found a way to make a VM failover automatically? And related to that, it appears you can only failover an entire consistency group, not an individual VM. Has anyone else experienced this?

Since that's a DellEMC product, it's probably better to ask that on a DellEMC forum and not a VMware one.
