Purple screen on ESXi 6.7

Has anyone experienced page faults with Intel 600p series M.2 SSD?

I have random page faults. Sometime it takes few minutes and sometime few hours. Everything started with upgrade to 6.7, on 6.5 I didn't had any issues.

According to crash dumps and logs, issue is with Intel's M.2 SSD. I have attached log before crash. I know that this disk is not officially supported, but I didn't had any issues prior to upgrade.

I have tried to update firmware on Intel SSD, to update NVMe driver but nothing helped.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

It's not on the list as it's not enterprise model of the disk, but the problem I have is that it worked before and it's not working now since upgrade, everything else is the same.
