PsOD help

Hi, I have two new ESX hosts from Dell, both configured with Dell storage  Compellent. Everything runs fine for a while, until one of them gets PsOD, see picture bellow. Could ypou please help me identify the problem, and why this is happening?

If you already checked the Hardware Compatibility Matrix from VMware.

You can check this KB: VMware Knowledge Base

You could extract the log from the PSOD and check which errors appear, in that KB you have more information.
