Problem adding a license

Hello everybody,

I'm currently using a vSphere client with two hosts in evaluation mode. Recently, I purchased a VMware vSphere 8 Essentials kit license for my vCenter and both hosts.

I successfully added and assigned the license to the vCenter without any issues.

However, when attempting to apply the license to the hosts, I encountered an error message stating:

"License is not compatible because the actual license (eval) is using vSphere vMotion."

I'm aware that the license I purchased does not include vSphere vMotion, and I don't intend to utilize it. Could you please guide me on how to assign the purchased license to the hosts despite this error?

Thank you.

Best regards,
