Can you SSH or get a console up to it?
Can you run service vami-sfcb restart and service vami-lighttp restart and see if that fixes it?
Is there error information present in /opt/vmware/var/log/lighttp/errors.log or /opt/vmware/var/log/vami/vami.log or vami-sfcb.log?
