Preferred NVME card for those getting scre... stuck with the 7.0U3 SD card termination?

Hi all, I've got a large number of vSphere hosts on 7.0U2 and U3 heading towards support armageddon since they all use SD-card boot, like we've been doing without issue for a decade, but is being killed off:

Does anyone have a high quality NVMe card they like that's on the HCL and works fine with name brand servers (HPE, Dell, Cisco UCS)?

Dell BOSS-S1 for older and S-2 for 15.Gen which are HW RAID1 240GB.
