Practice VMWare

I have passed my VCP certification, however, i didn't got a chance to practice it or put it hands on. Is there any link that i can put this skill into action. I am keen to work even shadow work just for me to have a good work experience with this field.

Any link, resources that i can continue my study with VMWare.

The Hands on labs provided by VMware are great;

VMware Learning Platform

but you really cant beat having your own home lab. You can set one up pretty cheaply using a powerful desktop running VMware workstation, and run your ESXi hosts on that (nested)

VMware also provide free trial licenses for both ESXi and vSphere, which will allow you to play about with things like vmotion, DRS, HA etc

How many years is the validity of VCP cert (VCP6-DCV Exam(2V0-621)?

You'll have to recertify your VCP every two years, see Recertification Policy

The expiration date can be found in VMware Certification, or on your certificate.
