PowerCli vmware Probleme socks5 with authentification

hello, i have probleme to connect to vcsa behind proxy socks5 with authentification . then i try to connect from a VM_Centos7 in my desktop to vcsa 6.0.

i have tried  Set-PowerCLIConfiguration -Scope User -ProxyPolicy UseSystemProxy donst work

please help???
