PowerChute Network Shutdown, unable to shut down all hosts

HI:

I'm going crazy and have hardly found any useful answers.

I'm using APC PowerChute Network Shutdown 4.3 via vCenter6.5 went to shut down 7 ESXI6.5 Hosts.

My vCenter6.5 is virtual, he is installed in one Host, PowerChute Network Shutdown 4.3, is deployed via OVF templates, and they are both on the same machine. In Host, when the shutdown event is initiated, only this Host is shut down, and the VMs in all other Hosts are The shutdown is off, but Host does not initiate the shutdown operation.

Logging into the vCenter 6.5 web interface you can see the PowerChute Network Shutdown 4.3 tries to log in to ESXI, but never does so due to account password error.

I created the shared account as suggested by APC and also logged in to ESXI to manually create the same account. But the problem remains.

I don't know what the problem is, is can help me.

Thank you very much.

I solved this problem:

I create AD user pcnsadmin, and create same user on each esxi host with the same password
