Power on VMs with DRS enabled

Hi,

When powering on the VM with DRS, I can see the message "Initialize powering on" in recent tasks, but the VM did not really power on and still in power off state.

However, the weird thing is, if I add the VM in VM Overrides, and I can power it on with no issue.

Can you indicate me where I need to check the settings?

Note. It's running in vcenter v6.5, same as the ESXi hosts version in cluster.

Thanks

i think that drs is set to "partially automated" and not "fully automated" and you do not have enough rights to the corresponding cluster ?

The drs is set to "fully automated", and I'm login as administrator@vsphere.local, still no luck =:(

Is it related to vxlan network?

After I add one vnic with vxlan stack, all looks fine.

Thanks anyways
