Power management setup for VOIP

Hello

I have an host with around 30 guest serving as asterisk servers. on 6.0

I am always looking for upgrading performance and reliability. right now the power management policy is set to balanced. I wonder if i should change it to another mode for performance?

Go to the host BIOS and allow for OS control of the power settings. Enable C-States and P-States where possible so ESXi can put the CPUs into a halt state where required. Then enable 'High Performance' mode on the host Power Settings to ensure that the power management is never invoked.
