Planning upgrade of Production environment from vSphere 6.0 to vSphere 6.5 U1

Dear All We are planning upgrade for our production environment from vSphere 6.0 to vSphere 6.5 U1. Currently we have one vCenter Server on Windows 2012 DC edition with external SQL 2014 Enterprise edition and an external PCS. We are planning to go with VCSA 6.5 with an external PSC. I am looking for some sequence and proper topology for this upgrade. How we will migrate the database SQL server to the VCSA 6.5 embedded PostgreSQL DB on appliance ? Any links or suggestions. Please let me know.
