I had a PSC that is not allowing to me to login via the VAMI on port 5480. Upon closer look, I noticed that the applmgmt service is stopped. All other services are running. Unfortunately, I'm unable to find any good KB regarding my specific issue. When I try to start the service, I get the message below. Thoughts?
