Odd entries for virtual machines include whole path

I have two entries for virtual machines that you'll see on the attached image.  Not sure how they got like that.  I see this on both my vCenter server and when directly connecting to the host.  When running get-vm | select name in the PowerCLI, however, those two do not show up.  Any ideas what they are and how I can get rid of them?  Everything is running esxi 6.5Screen Shot 2018-02-08 at 11.04.47 AM.png

Usually that's due to the underlying storage on which they reside has been removed or disappeared from ESXi.

It looks like they could be orphaned or improperly removed VMs. They are still registered but the storage that contains the vmdks and vmx files is either inaccessible or has changed

if the VM files are still on the datastore, then you can remove the VMs from the inventory and re-add them. if not, then remove them if not needed
