Not load vcenter Appliance 5480

I have a problem with vcenter server appliance with the port 5480 after installetion vcenter y can see the installation page with the message:

I'm trying to load https://vcenter.midomain.com:5480 but can load the link  https://vcenter.midomain.com:5480/configurev2/#/

I cann't see te page of configuration appliance, what i can do?

Have you made any changes to the Appliance recently? Upgrades , installed patches etc???? Do you have a backup of the Appliance?

Veo tu iamgen del mensaje en español, por lo cual te contesto en este idioma.

Deduzco que estas intentando instalar el vCenter Server (VCSA) ver. 7 y que terminaste la fase 1 y al intentar conectar via web al VCSA para la fase 2 te da ese mensaje.

Si todavía tiene la VM del VCSA encendida intente de nuevo ingresar via web, puede ser que alguno de los discos demoro en crearse y copiar el software a ellos, o algún servicio demoro en subir.

Otra opción es borrar la VM del VCSA y volver a intentar su instalación poniendo atención en sus parámetros IP Gateway y DNS (validar el Gateway y el DNS estén funcionando), si el DNS es de algún proveedor de internet la IP asignada al VCSA debe tener acceso a la internet. Los discos del VCSA debe ser creado como thin  para ahorrar espacio.
