No storage information for Onboard Array in ESXi 6.7 & HPE Gen10

Hi all,

We have the following equipment which we have installed ESXI 6.7 on to.

DL360 Gen 10 (vCenter)

2 X DL380 Gen10 with

HPE Smart Array P408i-p - 6X 900Gb Disks in Raid 1+0 + 1 900Gb Online Spare

HPE Smart Array P408i-a SR - 2X 300Gb Disks in Raid 1 + 1 300Gb Online Spare

I have used the HPE Custom ISO July 2018 for Esxi 6.7 for the installation and vCenter.

Having installed all the devices, and have them connected and synced to the vCenter. I can see everything is working, i am able to create/use datastores on the arrays, nics function normally. System status is green with no alarms on the system itself.

However, within the hardware status section of both Flash and HTML5 version of the webclient the storage section on the ESXi/vCenter web console does not display any disk information, or logical disk information.

I have checked and can see the driver is installed (Which makes sense as i can use the disks). Is there anything else i need to do to active this monitoring, or does the web client no longer show HPE array status?

Thank you for any assistance.

Joe.
