New to VMware

Hello. I am new to VMware. I have limited exposure in the management side of it. We are losing our primary VMware associate at the end of the month and I would like to start getting up to speed on how to do the management side of VMware. Can someone please recommend some type of self paced material to help me get started getting up to speed on this? Virtual server environments is mainly what I need to better understand the management of at this point.
