New AD Account

I have center 6.7 which is attached with AD and now i want to add one more account as a read-only but i can't find the newly created account in add permission window.

is there something need to restart in order to get  my new account to select for

- my vcenter is running in linked mode.

Be sure you select the right Directory source (yourAD, LocalOS, vSphere.local) from the dropdown.

Anyway.... seen this on newly created 6.7 VCSAs

- Using the HMTL5 Client only half of the customer AD was searchable

- Using the WebClient(Flex) all AD accounts was there

We use the WeblClient and move on...
