Need to get a Image on VSphere

I need to get a Windows 10 image on VSphere. How would I go about doing it? Should I have an ISO image? It has been installed on a desktop and I need to get that to VSphere VM.

So a virtual version of the Windows installation on an existing desktop PC?

If so, you need to do a P2V with a tool such as vCenter Converter Standalone: https://www.vmware.com/products/converter.html
