Movement of esxi hosts

We have requirement to move hosts along with its VMs from current vCenter to another vCenter. Hosts are connected to distributed switch including mgmt & vMotion port groups. We have to do it online migration and we have multiple folders with permissions & vm port groups. 

Please suggest on this. 

Both vCenters(vcsa) & hosts version is 6.5.

Due to an issue with a vCenter Server and all of its backups, I had to attach ESXi hosts with vDS to a new vCenter Server. This worked (although it might not be supported) after creating a vDS with the exact same name, and settings on the new vCenter. As I said, it worked, but no gaurantee.

However, folders, and permissions are defined on the vCenter Server, i.e. not on the ESXi hosts themselves, so these need to be reconfigured on the new vCenter Server.
