I want to move cluster B which is in datacenter A to a new datacenter C in the same vcenter.
Does this operation have an impact on the files?
We are in Vcenter 7.0.2 and ESXi 7.0u2c

If they are in the same vCenter, you can move the whole cluster by selecting "Move To" on right-click context menu.
You can also create a new cluster in your Datacenter C and start moving the hosts too.
