Missing Single Sign-On Under Administration vSphere 550U3g Web Client Login As Administrator@vsphere.local

Hi,

We are in the process of migrating our virtual machines from the old vSphere v5.5 to the new vSphere 6.5. The vCenter server for vSphere v5.5 is a separate server than then vSphere v6.5 vCenter server.

In the old vSphere v5.5U3g vCenter web client, I cannot see Administration - Single Sign-On - Users and Groups or Configuration when I am login as Administrator@vsphere.local.

I have tried these possible solutions below, but none will help.

1. VMware kb-57727 where I cleaned out the "work" and "pickup" folders.

2. Uninstalled, reboot, and reinstalled the webclient service on the old vSphere v5.5 vCenter server.

Any other sugguestions?

(In the new vSphere v6.5 vCenter web client, I can see Administration - Single Sign-On when I am login as Administrator@vsphere.local.)

Thank you,

Dean
