With out shared storage how can migrate vms one host to onther host or one datastore to Onther  data store

vSphere Essentials Plus (or better) licensing allows for live migration without shared storage. This will of course take considerable time because everything (including the virtual disks) needs to be copied over to the target host, but it works perfectly.
