Please check this KB VMware Knowledge Base

This could be due to the disabled methods not properly removed from vcenter database.

Note : Please ensure to have backups of your vcenter before modifying anything from database

Thanks,

MS

Delete/remove options are grayed out when a VM is powered on and is expected behavior. You cannot remove the vm or delete vm when the respective process is running.

Thanks,

MS
