Microsoft SQL Cluster on top of vsphere 6.7

Hello,

I am deploying an SQL cluster on top of VMware vSphere and we are finding and discussing all the options available for SCSI controller and disk Sharing.

I appreciate your advice about these topics specially for RDM disk Sharing and the difference between Multi-Writer, Unspecified and No sharing.

You can leave the setting on the disk default as long as you set the SCSI Bus Sharing to Physical. Please see this document: https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.5/vsphere-esxi-vcenter-server-651-setup-mscs.pdf
