MacOS VM can't find HDD on ESXi

Hey,

I just installed ESXi 6.5 U1 on a Mac Pro. Installation worked. I added the Mac Pro ESXi to my vCenter...

But if I try to install MacOS (10.13.1 on a newly created VM (guest OS: Mac OS 10.12) it won't find the HDD. Is there anything special I need to do?

Does it only work with MacOS 10.12?

Hi!

What type of virtual SCSI controller did you configure for a VM?

What I see in HCL MacOS10.13 is not supported with ESXi yet. Only 10.12

Also check scsi controller type - for 10.12 it must be SATA or LSI Logic.
