have four physicals NICs are missing from Physical Adpaters in vCenter, but I can see them PCI devices on the esxi server

Make sure they are compatible with the ESXI version as well as driver and firmware is up to date.
You can also try to run the native driver and see if that resolves the issue.
reset the HBA manually solved the issue
