Lost / CorruptDataStore After 6.0>6.7 upgrade Esxi

Hi,

I have upgraded my HP Gen8 MicroServer from 6.0>6.7. The datastores where all my critical files are stored is missing. It appears the partitions are still on the disks

• I have tried to roll back to 6.0 and the issue still occurs
• I have also tried the steps in VMware Knowledge Base and it appears me have made me lose one the partitions on one of the disks
• Only 1 out of the 3 datastores worked during the upgrade
