Lost Connection Error Randomly

Hellovm_conf.png

i am using Vmware Esx 5.1

I occasionally get the following error in recent days.

Vmware Log:

Lost network connectivity on virtual switch  "vSwitch0". Physical NIC vmnic0 is down.  Affected portgroups:"Local Network",  "Management Network". error 20.01.2018 05:42:03 localhost.localdomain

Management Switch Log:

Jan 20 05:39:31.831: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/36, changed state to down

Jan 20 05:40:58.828: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/36, changed state to up

Jan 20 05:40:59.831: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/36, changed state to up

i know that both sides is full-1000 or auto-auto.

Switch Port: Duplex Full,Speed 1000 Mbps

Vmware Port is attached.(image file).

Acoording to attach file, Which is valid value in vmware ?

when i edited configured speed duplex in vmware, i took an error for support.

i dont want to update driver in vmware, because there are 16 servers in vmware.

Do I need to  it automatically on both sides ?

i know that both sides is full-1000 or auto-auto.

Or is the problem  something else ?

What can i do ?Thank you very Much
