Looking for PCI/PCIe NIC that works with esxi 7.0

Looking for a NIC that will be supported by vanilla esxi 7.0.

Doesn't need to be 10Gb.  1Gb would be fine.

MB is Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3-rev-60.

These are the PCI types available:

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16

1 x PCI Express x1 slot

1 x PCI slot

I know: consumer MB with esxi, don't expect much.

Can't hurt to ask.

TIA

If you go here, that fling was recently updated for 7.0 so you could find a NIC that uses one of those supported chipsets and pair it with that (unsupported) driver and probably be in business.

The HCL (with ESXi 7.0 / Network / "native" driver) pre-selected: VMware Compatibility Guide - I/O Device Search
