Locked files with VMFS 6 - updated instructions

I had to update my instructions for patching the VMFS-metadata to fix locked files that can not be unlocked with the  procedures documented by VMware.

Please note that VMFS 6  can use 2 different formats:  the .vh.sf can come in 2 sizes: 4 MB and 7 MB.

So if you want to patch the metadata you MUST verify which version is used in your case.

If you do not know how to check the size of the .vh.sf file then this instructions are not for you !
