On my VMware host, "Lockdown Mode" enabled and I couldn't logging via web interface but console logging worked. I rebooted my host and this problem solved but I want to know why this happened?
Looks like the host was in Normal Lockdown Mode, due to which you were only able to access the DCUI console, as explained in Kb : VMware Knowledge Base
