We're looking into licensing a subset of an ESX cluster for 3rd party software (MS windows Datacenter edition).
We're clear how to make sure given VMs run on a given subset of an ESX cluster:

But we're not clear how to enforce this VMs to host mapping when VM is provisioned (using vCloud Director). How did you guys tackle this point please?
