Licensing Activation for Vsphere Essentials support loop?

How exactly can i contact Vmware support? if the license they gave me in the email with my correct email in it cant be added to my logged in account which I created to access this license? Support links just inform me i dont have support? When i try to add the license it says its already registered? I call the phone number and no matter which option i choose it eventually tells me to log on to access my support options which then tell me to .....its really very frustrating when i have to waste hours playing with this cr... instead of using the product i paid for which i cant download because it says i am not entitled when i have the dam keys and cant get to the new version to download it. What the holy Hell Vmware ????????
