Issue when I want to mark the disk as a flash disk

Hello,

I have an issue when I want to mark my local disk as "flash disk" on the web client vCenter.

I have this message :

"Cannot mark disk naa.600605b01045fa60272c350379077495 as "Flash". "Unable to reconfigure the disk claim rules. The disk is in use."

For your information my ESXi is in 6.7.0 Update 3 (Build 14320388)

Thanks for your help

Hey @corsafr,

That is your issue then, you are trying to mark as Flash a disk that is being used by the ESXi OS. So in this case, what do you want to mark it as Flash?

Hey @corsafr,

I presume you are not using this disk for anything right? Is this disk detected as USB?

Disks are used for ESXi OS only.

They are local disk on the server.

In vCenter I don't see USB drive but only HDD SAS.
