Issue of making test VMware data center inside a VMware VM

I have a VM wiht 32vCPU and 64GB Memory. I want to make a test lab for VMware DC by creating three ESXi hosts inside the master VM (32vCPU, 64GB Memory).

I've created one ESXI host (network adapter set as bridged) in VMware workstation installed in the master VM. Then assign IP from the same block of the master VM. It is accessibie from the master VM and vice versa but not able from rest of the network. How it can be solved?

Master VM - Windows 2016, VMware workstation 14, ESXi 6.5

So you're doing a triple level of nesting? Any reason why other than deploying ESXi as a VM at the same level as your "master VM"? This would yield better performance and cause less issues. The reason it's likely not available is you don't have promiscuous mode, forged transmits, and MAC address changes enabled on the port group to where the "master VM" is joined. These are necessary for nested hypervisors to function.
