Install last patch for vsphere 6.7

The last patches for vspher 6.7U3b is ESXi670-202103001.zip

How it is possible to install this patches with vsphere client or vcenter?

Or it is only possible over manual commands?

Must this file be unzipped or install as zip?

i don't have find a possible installation, the last time and install only newer iso-files

Are a new iso-file coming next?

VMware offers multiple options to install updates/patches.
Which option to use depends on on your environment.

So to start with, which ESXi version, and build is currently installed on your ESXi host, and are you running a vendor customized version, or the default VMware version?
