Install Intel 82589EB 10Gb Nic Card in Dell R710 with ESXI 6.5

I've installed the Intel 82589EB 10Gb Nic. It shows up under Hardware tab - PCI devices but It does not show up under networking- Physical Nics I've installed the ixgbe-4.41-2159203-3848596 driver and that didn't help

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you maybe mean the 82599EB? In any case, the latest version of that driver was released not too long ago (v4.5.3) so you probably should try to upgrade to that and see if it makes a difference.

No its the 82589EB NIC It is an older 10 Gb nic

That doesn't even appear in the HCL, so it may not work for you.
