Install Esxi 6.5 On Proliant DL120G6 with RAID

Hi everybody

I have server Proliant DL120G6 with RAID (hp smart array b110i)

HDD

2x2TB

2x1TB

How to install esxi to this server with support RAID

Now esxi installed without RAID

Please help me or give some instruction how fix.

That is very old hardware and does not support any version or ESXi that I can reference. It's probably not going to work out for you.

Hi!

DL120G6 has Intel X3400 series CPU.

you will be lucky if you can install ESXi 5.1\5.5 on it.

b110i is onboard controller and it's not supported by ESXi. You need anything else - HP P410 for example.

1. did you try doing the raid 0 with the HDD?
